PCSX2 0.9.6 Laggy

Hi, i play Dragonball Z Budokai 3 on pcsx2 0.9.7 and it runs normal, but a bit laggy.

Now if i try run them in pcsx2 0.9.6 it runs with laggy, more laggy than pcsx2 0.9.7.

I'm posting this here because i want know what i need to change in configurations to solve this.

Ps: My computer configs are:
- 2 GB HD
- 2 GB MEMORY
- GRAPHICSCARD = INTEL945G
- INTEL CELERON.
