Just two words!
It's amazing. Thx guys your work. I tried 0.9.7 and tell to you, this is a fantastic emulator. More faster than 0.9.6. Congratulations.

Awesome. I'm very excited about this release. The new GUI is great and more efficient. I like that it shows the EE usage in the titlebar of a running game and I love that in the GSdx options you can put in custom values for window size (so I can make the window play at the correct aspect ratio of 16:11.2). I also like the ability to change speedhacks and settings while the game is playing.
I haven't noticed any difference in speed on the game I play (Legaia 2). It still slows down during the same parts, but at least now it shows the reason for the slowdown. EE stays at 99-100% during them. Great work, guys. Progress rules. I only wish I had programming knowledge to help out or extra money to donate.

Thanks a heap for the new release and all your hard work!
One small question: Where'd the 'Skip frames when framerate drops below x' option go? I found it real useful to keep games with music and all from suddenly slowing down in cpu-intensive areas. Is it replaced with the turbo/slow motion options or something?
