Turn speed hacks down slightly, and then pray. Your computer isn't fast enough (hence the flickering from using aggressive speed-hacks) and your GPU isn't helping matters either. Just play it on your PS2, you'll have much more fun.

i was playing with config and totally messed up,now it says GS plugin failed to initialize
