I saw it at many sites but it isn´t at the pcsx2 official site?

0.9.8 have been released for a month

If it's not on the official site it's not an official release.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

but not on the official pcsx2 site

It's either fake or an unofficial/modded version, either way I wouldn't download it.

0.9.9 doesn't exists ( yet )
please don't argue with this
from the comments it is using a SVN not the official complete release of 0.9.9

We give release branches an even version number (0.9.4, 0.9.6, 0.9.8) and odd version numbers
for betas and development versions (0.9.5, 0.9.7, now 0.9.9).

It's an SVN version. That's why.
the latest official stable release is 0.9.8, svn versions are mainly for testing purposes

i think the SVN that he is using is r4787 ( or any version after it ) because it fixes a bug in Devil May Cry 3

and there is no support for it ( whether it was official or not ) so it is really not released Biggrin
