PCSX2 0x000007b Error

I use windows 10 I tried many times but pcsx2 wont open it says "Pcsx2 did not start 0x000007b error" I controlled dll files for depends.exe I tried to changes dll files but it nothing changes. How to fix it? There was no problem 7 or 8.1.

If it doesn't work first time, run a "repair" on it, should sort it out.
