so i have this new PCSX2 1.0.0 now while im playing Fatal Frame 1 i got suddenly get BSOD here is the report

PCSX2 Configuration? Tried Default?

Does this Happen Frequently?

Check CPU Load / temps when running PCSX2 and when its about to crash.

Check the BSOD file using Blue Screen Viewer.

The PCSX2 Configuration is on Default.its always happen when im going to save and change the game

That's obviously a problem with your PC, not pcsx2.
And thus, far from being a bug report.

have you downloaded bs viewer and looked at it yet....

and because its a bluescreen, which are never caused by programs, much less pcsx2 - if it did we'd have a riot on our hands

try reinstall your motherboard drivers(intel chipset driver) as well as the nvidia drivers.
the intel chipset drivers is rarely-possible faults.

MEMTEST ASAP, usb/hid bsods, if not caused by a faulty cable on one of your devices are most often a sign of faulty system memory.
