PCSX2 1.0.0 was working now it's just too slow

Hi everyone!
My name is Nicole and I have being playing on my ps2 emu for a while (years). I downloaded the new release (1.0.0) and then try to run KH2.
At first it was working great (about 60 FPS) but now idk what i did to the configuration that it runs barely @ 20 FPS.

I dont know if my emulation setting is wrong or my video setting is wrong know but i dont know what to do Thanksss!!!

Make sure you run it from Power supply and you have set your PC to run PCSX2 from the dedicated video card (if available). Also make sure your performance settings are set to Maximum performance.

Sorry for my ignorance, but how do i make it run from dedicated video card and the performance setting how do i set it to maximum?

If it's an amd card, catalyst cc will allow you to create specific profiles. Create one for pcsx2
If it's an nvidia, you'll need to configure nvidia optimus.
