PCSX2 1.2.1 Crashing on StartUp

Right after i double- click on the Application icon of PCSX2
it shows me this message ( Open this link below ) V

i can not even open the program or anything ..
just crashes right after opened

how do i fix it ?

aye i had the same problem when i first installed the emulator and choose not to install the C++ Redistributable Visual Studio Software.
RE install the emulator and make sure to install the Redistributable C++ Visual Studio Software.

i also download the last one of the list
i also have the required program

it does load the program and loads games with not much problems
but the only problem is that it doesnt save any of the game or the PCSX2 program
eg. when i set the buttons config
and i close then open the program then button configurations will all be reset so i have to do them again
and the games cannot be saved

i tryed the first and the second one they both have the same problem wich is not even opening the program

i don't really remember, but i downloaded and installed everything the PCSX2 recommended to install

-yes i did try running as admin ( not helping )
-i installed it at ( Erogram files/PCSX2/ )
i also tryed installing it in local disk C: but it still doesnt work

-note sure what you mean by emulog.txt

yes i am in an Arabic area, but i dont speak arabic
and the portable PCSX2 is in arabic, its pretty annoying
i also cant change the language of the portable PCSX2
since i have to refresh the program to change the language
and the program doesnt save any information so when i restart the program it will still be arabic
