PCSX2 1.2.1 heavy frame rate drops with several games

hey guys i am new here and i just started using PCSX2

my first game was yu-gi-oh capsule monsters coliseum and it worked just fine

then i played king Arthur and it worked fine just little frame drop to 30-40 frames and some black huge thing popping up sometimes but i could live with it

and when i played shadow of the colossus i just stopped playing cus the cutscene is freaking out and it runs on 7-10 frames and its unplayable

can anyone help me with these games cus they were my favorite games as a kid

my PCSX2 settings are defaults

WIN 8 PRO
Processor: pentium® Dual-core CPU E6300 @ 2.80GHz
Installed memory (RAM) : 4.00 GB
System type : 64-bit Operating System x64 based processor
