but i need help ... the program pcsx2 wont lunch when i double click on the file .
os windows 8
64 bit

Yes, please screenshot the error message. Also, make sure that you have all the required files like DirectX and visual c++ 2012.

Delete AR and AR-SA folders in pcsx2\lang
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
