PCSX2 1.4.0 have not Cheats menu

PCSX2 1.4.0 version have not cheat menu to use cheats as previous versions
its have just Cheats Enable menu in System
but where we use cheats that's menu not have
I think its in Config to set cheats in games
please update this version with cheats menu

er... Just make a pnach file and enable cheats. That's how it works

Isn't the cheat menu from like 0.9.7 or something..? I remember it was in a very very old build at least.

But yeah, just do what jes said.
