PCSX2 1.5.0 cheats aren't working

The code in the pnach file is not decrypted and when it is decrypted,the address don't really set a specific value.It just changes a single address that makes you have more money based on how much you have right now.

Just using converter will not help you,you also need to know how to determine what encryption the codes are using or guess or if they are encrypted in the first place
I just learn from experience and now when I look at a code,I can almost always guess the encryption type used(the code just look different depending on what encryption it is used)

If the site from which you get the cheats also specify what cheating device you need(which means what encryption it is used...not always(sometimes the codes are already decrypted))
