PCSX2 BUG/ERROR

Big problem =[ so yup i wait 5 days to download Final Fantasy X-2 so i click RUN CD/DVD It loads the game than BOOM all pcsx2 applications close and a error comes up saying Pcsx2 error . dx9 shadergui.dll error x492 x99 i keep trying to run the game the same error keeps coming up help plz

but on another note, ffx-2 is a pain to get to run properly. and yea, we don't support pirates.
