PCSX2 Black Screens

Hey community,

i just got a new SSD and formated everything.
Istalled all drivers up to date and reinstalled pcsx2.
Before the reinstall everything was fine, but now everytime i start up a game or the DVD Memcard select menue the screen goes black for like a blink "0.2 seconds and after that everything is normal.This happens every 10 seconds... its very annoying
I can remember having the same problem and did some settings in the emulator but i have no idea what exactly i did.
