Good job, with some simple testing it seems it's the GSdx changes that introduced this bug, lilypad and PCSX2 itself are not the culprits

Maybe one should remove the _CX11_ macro.. (maybe #undef _CX11_) and recompile.

Thanks for the report. The issue is now resolved on the latest development build.
