PCSX2 Cannot Run Games

My emulator stopped working after I had reinstalled Windows 10. It had worked flawlessly before...

It gives me this error:
Failed to init XAudio2 engine. XA2 may not be available on your system. Ensure you have the latest DirectX runtimes installed or use DirectX / WaveOut drivers instead.
Error code: 0x80040154

And here my DirectX is the latest version (I believe)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you also reinstall the DX9 runtime? This is still needed for the DX9 renderer and XAudio may dip into this dependency too?
