so I recently just tried adding some codes to the cheats by using guides from forums and etc. Having no problem adding new codes to the list. Then, one of the codes says like this:

   

Im not sure on what should I do with the values listed, can anyone explain? When I tried to insert the regular codes, nothing happen.
