using such an old P4 (thats from what 2005-2006?) and a 5450 (2010?), You have got a HUGE bottleneck there, i would highly reccommend upgrading to an i5 or i7 purely for everyday use, much less PCSX2
and whilst youre at it (having to get a new mobo) you can also (will have to) upgrade to 4gb of DDR3 ram, which will give you a great increase in speed
[Main Computer] - CPU: I7 950 @ 3.2Ghz | GPU: Twin Nvidea GTS 450's SLI'd | RAM: 8GB DDR3 - 1600MHz | OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | EMU: PCSX2 v1.0 | GS: GSdx32-SSE4 | SPU2: SPU2-X | PAD LilyPad | CDVD ****

Processor - Pentium IV Dual Core 3.00 Ghz

Welcome Eduardo, First off im going to ask you to download the latest svn from here

Go to the config menu and into emulation settings to speedhacks. Now tick all the recommended boxes, you can try MTVU hack as ive heard it can help those even with a dual or single core, but it depends greatly on the game. Also move the slider for EE cycle stealing to 2, i believe it works well with this game. Id use native settings with Gsdx too with your specks, Graphic game fixes has a fix also for Persona, you will find it next to the speed hacks menu.
good luck
