Your motherboard has one pci-e x16 expansion slot. If opening the case does not void your warrenty, you may want to do so and check it yourself. Also, if you can open your case, you may want to check your power supply as well because some video card may need a lot of power, so in the case that you power supply is not powerful enough, you may need to find another solution such as getting another video card.
