PCSX2 Crash (need help)

i had pcsx2 crash twice using the latest dev build for pcsx2 heres what i found in my event log

16GB of DDR4 2133mhz
1TB HDD and 280GB SSD
Windows 10 Home 64 bit

software rendering Direct3D11 MTVU Hack on Safest preset
Playing matrix path of neo ntsc

i did set the priority of pcsx2 to high to help out a little bit dont know if thats what the issue is i was just experimenting and switched from direct3d11 software to opengl software and changed my rendering threads from 8 to 13 then it crashed then the next time i opened up pcsx2 i did the same thing then it crashed again.

Could you try with less extra thread. Start with 4

it was strange error it doesnt seem to be doing it anymore though when i was playing the game i was playing around with the settings changing it from direct3d11 to direct3d9 and changing extra rendering threads from 8 to 13 and the emulator just crashed then when i reopened it it randomly crashed again but now its not doing it anymore. strange error.

Rendering can only go to as many cores as you have. With an i3/i5 you can only do 4. An i7 can do 6 or 7. (desktop, NOT laptop)
