PCSX2 Crash on opening settings/graphics or anything

As the title states, crash on opening settings, for example when i press Graphics in the dropdown menu it just freezes for 2 seconds then crashes PXSC2.

are you using any shell replacment like oldnewexplorer ?

I am having this exact same issue. Though I am using the latest nightly for RetroAchievements. I can't open any kind of menu or launch any game without crashing.
I am not using any shell replacement of any kind.

I looked through the crash txt file and it seems that GShade was the problem for me. I uninstalled it and it's working now.
