Same thing just happened again, except this time I had EE on 2, and when the screen went black all the % at the top are at 0. Screen turns greyish after clicking on it, says not responding at the top, and requires me to force it to close. Here is the emulog this time (I played for a considerably longer period of time).

Umm I think I had to click on it before it went grey o.O I'll pay more attention to that next time I guess
EDIT: Both of those emulogs are the exact same thing even though I played a lot longer? Shouldn't it show more than that? Like loading people/maps or whatever? It shows the 3 soldiers from the beginning of the game and a bit after, but I made it to several other locations with more stuff (like into rabanastre, several different areas in the city, the estersand, etc)
not always, like I said though, I would go back a few revisions to something you know worked until it's fixed. That's my personal opinion on the matter. I could offer one more word of advice if you're REALLY good with windows as an OS, but I don't know that that will help either to be honest
