PCSX2 Crashing at Random

So I recently installed PCSX2, went through several threads for the best setup, etc. First game I've been playing is Grandia III, only problem is that it crashes everytime without fail, sometimes it lasts longer than the last session but it always ends with a crash. I've tried changing many different settings but it has not helped. I have my emuLog.txt, so I'll paste that below and maybe you guys can help me figure this out so I can finally play haha. :D

After further testing, it only crashes in full screen mode. Windowed mode works perfectly. Anyway to fix this though? I prefer full screen.
