PCSX2 Crashing on loading games.

Hello!

I have updated PCSX2 emulator today to newest nightly 1.7.5243. And I can start the emulator as always. But then I find that I can't start any game ISOs. All of them worked well last month. But now, as soon as I press Open, or double clicked any of the games, the emulator quit at once. 

I haven't used the emu recently. Nether did I change my PC. I don't know what's going on. The crash log is attached. But I really can't understand it.

GPU: RTX 3070Ti,
CPU: I7-12700K,
RAM: 32G

My GPU driver is up to date with NVIDIA Geforce Experience. And I haven't upgrade my CPU driver or any other drivers.  But I heard that Windows Update may have installed some drivers along with some OS updates. So I'm not very sure.

But if this happens with driver update, lots of people may experience the same issue, right?

Igpu driver installed. And the problem stays. New crash log attached.

So I switched between ISOs and Renders. And I found that choosing Vulkan or Software will kill the emulator instantly. 
When choosing OpenGL ,most game would run properly,  but some others would not. Some game shows glitches and some are not playable (broken display or nothing at all).

Choosing D3D11 and 12 shows similar to OpenGL, but more glitches.
