Yeah that should fix it well if it has that. Since the OP seems not familiar, do you know where it is in the menus of the game?

I was browsing through the options in the game and under the "sound" area there was a "timing" value that could be offset by a number between -16~+16

setting that value to +16 and setting to latency to 35 makes the game pretty spot on. To my surprise.

I remember seeing the "set interval" somewhere but right now after quickly browsing through the settings i can't seem to find it... 
If i see it again i will play with it to see if that better fixes the problem!
