*PCSX2*: DMA error: 1f53a060 (Ratchet and Clank 3)
#1
I've encountered this error a few times on the planet Dax in R&C3. It's not related to mipmapping I've confirmed. Default settings don't fix it on their own but disabling MTVU solves it. What does this error actually mean?

Code:
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 1f53a060

Edit: I stand corrected. Disabling MTVU DOESN'T resolve it. Hmm.

Disabling WS patches and using the built in WS may have solved it. Dunno for sure yet, it's kinda random. Will report back.

I think sometimes the game does have random DMA errors, the EE Timing Fix does solve it afaik.

I'll give it a go. It does also occasionally freeze in the same way as with the DMA error but without actually producing the error.

Yeah the dma might stall but actually gets the right data
