PCSX2 Error

First of all Hi !
I got a problem , every time i run my PCSX2.exe it throw out this error :
" Coudl Not Load GS Plugin 'C:\Program Files /x84)\Pcsx2\plugins\GSdx-sse2.dll': "
I downloaded DBZ B. T. 3 wanted to play it, when my PCSX2 throw out this error ,pls help me about this problem ...

My pc :
Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 293GHz 2.94GHz
4,00 GB (3,5 GB usable) RAM DDR2
32-bit Operating Systeam
Grafic Card : ATI Radeon HD 4350
PCSX Ver. : pcsx2 0.9.6
