im sure most people are aware of the new graphics card selection in the pcsx2 1.1.0 SVNs. well for me it has caused a slowdown because even though it is selecting my mostly used one, it has dropped the frames about 10-20 since it was implemented.
Why is this happening?

I don't see how you can find any correlation in the implementation and the reduction of performance.
Further, i cannot replicate your experience.

never mind fixed cuz now SSE41 works with it
