using a shell modifier like oldnew explorer, maybe ?

I have an identical problem. Interestingly, my wife has a laptop with similar specifications and does not have such problems.

I have a Radeon graphics card. I installed the latest drivers from the AMD website and installed the latest C++ Redistributable with no luck still. Any other ideas?

Nope, the emulator is still crashing.

Specs:

OS: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit

CPU: Intel Core i5-8300H 2.3 GHz 

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, 2GB

RAM: 8GB
