PCSX2 PROBLEM!

HI I have a problem with a PCSX2 game "Dragon QUEST VIII" So the problem is that the game runs to 50 fps and I dont want that,becouse I have a Good pc and graphic card so I want it to run at 60 FPS,but I can´t becouse of this(I CAN´T CHANGE THE FPS): https://gyazo.com/e6486f731427ed45e8ef718cc52fd78f CAN ANYONE HELP?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

And I TESTED ON THE SAME GAME BUT IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE and it works...
