PCSX2 PROGRAM PROBLEM

Hi,i having a program problem.when i RUN the ps2 CD,it will display a error just like the attactment picture.
My system is:
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp.060315-1524)
Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 1024MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (newly update)
Card name: RADEON 9200 SERIES
Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
Anyone can help me to solve the problem?thank you.....

Wrong section, moved.

Unfortunatelly your graphics card doesnt have the needed Pixel Shader 2.0 to run, it would still be very slow to run games anyway sorry.
