Just reformatted my PC To Win 7 Pro 32-bit , the GSplugin problem still appears even after I updated DirectX ..... What else needs to be done before i can get this thing to work again ?

I'd help if we knew what you were talking about, what gs problem? you only have one post so I don't see any issue you posted before.

and are you using the GSdx version which your processor support?
