I've Tried To Install The Nuvee Plugin For Native Keyboard And Mouse Support ( For Some Games Which Support It ) . But i can't see the Plugins Option in Emulator Settings and Plugins Folder in General PCSX2 Directory

no. plugins have been removed from nightly builds
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Okay . The WxWidgets Version ( Classic Interface Version ) had the Native Analog of the Nuvee Plugin - Called USB Settings . But the QT Version doesn't have this Option... Strange...

not that strange.
USB features havent made their way to qt builds yet. Hence Wx version's survival until now.
It'll be added eventually
