I am having trouble loading my settings for PCSX2. Mine are located in the installation directory (I am not changing that as I am really picky) and the settings locations are defaulting back to the My Documents. This infrequently happens, but none the less is tedious and time-consuming as I ave place portable.ini in the PCSX2 folder.
PS I use 'Run as Admin' and have granted full control for the PCSX2 for all accounts.
Someone help me clear this up!
