To discuss. Now that we have move to git. Maybe we can ease the integration of new po.

You can fork pcsx2 project on github, update the pofile. Then send me a pull request.
1/ for me, I can integrate your work with a couple of click.
2/ you keep "author name" of the commit.
3/ your work get faster on the latest release (at least the po file). Maybe it would be nice to send the mo file too in git.

Yes, that would be better if you know how to use git. I've found this streamlined guide for using a git repo from Visual Studio 2013 (Express edition included), forking and making pull request on github, that I tought might be useful to have a link here.
Things might change a bit with Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 that I think might be released after the build conference.

Note that it would still be allowed to upload the po on the forum. Git won't be mandatory. The goal is to reduce po burden as much as possible.

I am translating it into catalan and now is working in the moment is merged in the code i need to translate the errors and notices but like all the GUI is translated and it's usable for users
