can someone tell me the relations between 16:9 hacks and 16:10 hacks,for example[God Hand - NTSC-J]

Could anyone explain me what are elf hacks and memory hacks?
And how can I export addresses from ELF SEARCH TOOL to CHEAT ENGINE? Cause i'm copying - pasting one by one and it takes so long.... Please tell me I'm about to make some hacks, please.
