PCSX2 - Widescreen Game Patches
So umm is there any widescreen patch for this game

Another Century's Episode 3: The Final been playing this for a while now
and I love it <3

It'll be much more better if its in real widescreen so I'll appreciate it if someone knows if there is a specific widescreen hack for this one O.o

It'd probably be best if you put it in .pnach form.

And I wonder if the previous 2 games also share the same engine.

So if a render fix can be found, the entire series could be done.

Hi, I'm grateful to devina and community for the work done! Wink

A question: when I try to patch "Sly Raccoon" PAL with "ps2 patch engine" I receive this error: "Patch list contains unsupported cheat types".

A news: last build of "OPL" have "PS2RD Cheat Engine Integration", but "pnach" files doesn't work because is supported "PS2RD RAW" format only.
Is still in beta but works, I've tried new OPL's function with "Shadows Hearts Covenant NTSC". Smile

It might be the same one pgert found. I removed it entirely, and it's so much better.

Indeed. Looks so much better

A patch to remove the post-effects and the "cinematic borders" on Red Dead Revolver could be interesting.

Yeah, its part of the game but there's too much blur, too much noise, too much vertical strips, and too much everything. I want to know how it looks crystal clear.

I was able to remove the black bars on the top and bottom, and unable to find anything related to the noise/film grain.

Patch is in the archive, in the "useful cheats" folder.

The NTSC-U version of the game does not boot on PCSX2, if somebody still wants the PAL one that's OK but porting it to NTSC-U will be a shot in the dark.

Virgin KLM do you think fixing and altering horizontal internal rendering will fix the stretching or is stretching caused by something else?

Just a general question

Also, it may not be the correct address because it will eventually break the game at some point but:

On Disney's Kim Possible: What's The Switch? if you wait for the gameplay to start and modify the address 206F9958 to 3F471C66 (don't freeze it) it will start to render in 16:9 with some missing geometry. Uppon reaching a tutorial state, it will correct the missing geometry and will start to render normaly in 16:9 though for some reason it feels kinda wrong. Anyway I guess I'd share that because with pointers somebody could find the correct addresses/values for a fix.
