Can you help me with converting the pnach code to Hot Shots Golf 3 (NTSC-U) [SCUS-97130]?

I think this line is the hexadecimal value of the Y-Fov for reference, you don't need it for pnach files or RAW codes.

On original hardware, when I aim with a weapon and shoot, the camera goes crazy. I remember someone else pointing this out a while back but couldn't find the original post or if there is a fix for it.
Thanks!
Here is the pnach I'm using currently.

Bringing up this problem again I'm having with GTA 3 NTSC U. This time with images to show what I meant. I also experienced the same problem when running the game on pcsx2.
When I initially aim with a weapon it is fine, but after I start using it, the camera fov shoots back and forth.
For Smuggler's Run 2, US version allready exist but i'm (again) unable to convert it for the PAL one...And as before all are 00000000 at start
And Pirates of the Caribbean - The Legend of Jack Sparrow (PAL M4) same problem....
Hi, I'm new to PCSX2 widescreen patches, but I tried to do one on my own anyway... Well the game is Midnight Club, and I managed to make it work through cheat engine editing addresses 404784c0 (0.75 / 3F400000 hex) and 40426180 (1.33 / 3FAA3D71 hex, for HUD correction). The problem is, even if it works perfect on cheat engine, when I create a pnach with the code, PCSX2 loads the file, shows widescreen hacks as loaded on the console but it just doesn't work. Monitoring the addresses on cheat engine I can see it doesn't change, keeping the original value of "1 / 3F800000" on both. But if I change it manually to 0.75/1.33 it works great... Could someone take a look on the file attached to see what I'm missing here?
