it deletes every Visual C++ Redist I have and install every version from 2005 to 2013 both 86x and 64x
after restart it was the same issue
i also uninstall every copy and install only 2010 Visual C++ Redist
also negative ,,
so am trying now to copy the file manually ,,
i just need the Dll library file
that the point of the tool, it uninstall it all then installs every C++ there is. Which exactly what i said it would do.
The problem lies somewhere else something on your system is not working right at this point cause BEX is cause of Buffer Overflow Exception, which part of DEP
n put the dll in>>windows>>system32
if there file with the same name is overwritten with the new file....
i tried that already ,, there was no such a file in system32 folder also put it in Syswow64 ( because i have 64 system) and replaced the old one (using windows in safe mode) to replace the original ,, at the end nothing new but the Avira antivirus crashed and wouldn't start because it's not the original Dll ,,

it's still off and i don't know how to turn it back ,, no need i think ,,
Ok got it and iv'e extracted it
it have a lot of rar files named with dates
searched em all with winrar nothing named "main.exe" inside
i also installed it ,, and BEX still here
I hate bill gates
any body please send me a dll file if you have the pcsx2 working on your machine ,, it's my last hope
mine is 756KB and the internet Ver is 741KB
both won't work ,,
Here you go. Although Windows File Protection may make you overwriting them useless. There are two in here - one for System 32 and one for SysWOW64 since they are different(copying the 32bit one to syswow64 is likely why your Avira crashed). These should be the very latest. Do them in safe mode.

Omg wanna die now ,,
nothing works never ever forever !
i swear am thinking about a total format and having a new MS Windows here !!
mine is new maybe 2 months old
if you installed all 3 windows essestials VC+,DirectX libraries and .NET framework
and pcsx2 still not running and it could be you installed on C:\ where windows was installed.
you should try move your pcsx2 folder out from the partition where windows was installed move it in the other partition.
e.g.
D:\pcsx2
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!) Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!) PCSX2 Discord server IGN:smartstrike PCSX2 version uses:Custom compiled build 1.7.0 64-bit(to be update regularly) smartstk's YouTube Channel

If you are advanced enough: Repartition your hard drive. Keep current windows. Make a separate install of new windows. Test there. If it works, migrate over.

due to "administrator" system
moving outside windows partition can be better w/o tagging pcsx2 "run as administrator"
