also playing ps1 games on pcsx2 is a totally different experience due to the fact that were emulating a ps2 which has it's own unique set of glitches with ps1 games- the fat hardware ps1 ps2's I mean not just the slims that switched to emulating certain parts of the ps1 that were "hardware based" on fat ps2's

only fat ps2's because they had "hardware" ps1 parts. Not to say that slim ps2's wouldn't be possible but that's an entirely different beast altogether.
