Pcsx2 program is one stress program to overclocking cpu.

You still need to own a PS2 to legally use the emulator. Otherwise, how would you get the BIOS?

I downloaded it because I don't know how to dump the bios.
But for legality it the judge comes into my home, I bought a ps2 and just put it into my cupboard
