Hi, I've been trying to use pcsx2 latest plugins which has extra settings.
Gsdx 5752 (MSVC 16.00, SSE3)
But I can't use it. It shows black screen (audio works though.) It's solved with software mode but it's super slow. I can only use GS plugins that are MSVC 15.00 and below.
The main goal is to use mipmapping which is only available in newer plugins (I think?). Because I'm trying to play Harry Potter the goblet of fire. It's works fine with decent speed but characters have graphical glitches. So I think mipmapping can fix it (right?).
My system specs:
Intel core 2 CPU T5500 1.66 GHz 1.67 GHz
Ram 1 GB, 32 bit system, GPU: GMA 945/950.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
The version of PCSX2 you are using.
Any non default settings you are using.
What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
Thank You.
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

That GPU isn't supported
Sadly, my ps2 is broken...
Since my gpu isn't supported newer plugins, can you help me with this?
My characters on Harry Potter goblet of fire having graphical glitch. How do I solve it? Software mode fix it but very slow. I think mipmapping can fix it. How can I enable mipmapping on MSVC 15.00 GS plugin. If I can't, is there any work arounds for that graphic glitch?
This really brings back memories as I haven't seen an old dinosaur like the GMA950 in a long time. What I would recommend is increasing the graphics virtual memory in the bios and for your driver settings enabling S3 texture compression.
I am surprised you are able to run windows 7. The last time I used a GMA950 I was on an embedded linux system where I was able to make use of the TSC clocksource and toram features. Perhaps you could get a cloud computing service going? You may have to fudge a few config files to get past minimum requirements. I have only ever used liquid sky in the past, but mostly for testing buggy early release games.
As far as settings go try disabling mipmapping, alpha correction, texture filtering, logging, console and FXAA then lower your resolution to something like 800 x 600 and play in fullscreen. I'm sure you run a tight setup there, but one last tip people often forget is killing explorer.exe can give a good boost too.

The only other thing you can try is making sure you have the latest driver for your Integrated graphics, sometimes that helped, but I'm not going to guarantee anything. The unfortunate truth is your PC is pretty old now (over 10 years old) and could really do with an upgrade.
If you want to do it cheap, because lets face it, the market is a mess at the moment, consider getting one of those new AMD APU's, the Ryzen 2000G series.
Your other choice is to download a really old version of PCSX2 like 1.0.0 or maybe 1.2.1, they might work better, but be aware we won't be able to give you support with it.
