PCSX2 blue screen pops up

Hi guys, can anyone help me with this? When im playing on fullscreen all the sudden the pcsx2 blue box appears. i have to get up and click the mouse to disappear again. It happens all the time, even some minutes after i closed the last time. I dont know whats causing this but started recently.  Sorry for my bad english.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Can you show a screenshot(I have no idea about what blue box you are talking about)

This box always pop up in the middle of the game when im playing in fullscreen. I have to manually click on the mouse to hide every time. Have you guys some ideia what might happen here

So by "blue box" you actually mean the pcsx2 main window.
I don't think this is pcsx2 problem,more like something the outside.

If you are using a gamepad,are you using some extra software to make it work on pcsx2?
What are your lilypad settings(if you are using this plugin for the gamepad)
Are you loading your game from some frontend(steam or something)
