PCSX2 crashes everytime when i try to start Game

As written in top-line. I don't know why, but anytime i want to start a game pcsx2 crashes. I never played with it, because it crashes before anything is able to start.

Does any1 knows why?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I use PCSX2 1.2.1 (r5875).

Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 3981 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core™ i7-3517U CPU @ 1.90GHz

Plugins:
GS: gsdx 5875 0.1.16.
SPU2: SPU2-x r 5830 2.0.0
CDVD: cdvd Gigaherz 0.8.0
USB: usbnull driver r5822 0.7.0
FW: FWnull driver r5822 0.7.0
DEV9: DEV9null driver r5822 0.5.0

The games I've tried to run: Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 and 4.
Edit: I'm trying to run the iso.

You install VCREDIST 2013 x86?
Update DirectX?

Please post the emulog.txt from PCSX2/logs or My Documents/PCSX2/logs directly after it crashes.

That log can't be after a crash(it doesn't even show a game trying to load).

Anyway, what about the other two questions I asked?

1.9GHz - for pcsx2 is very desirable to have more gigahertz (3.0+)

Please stop going around saying that, as it's mostly incorrect. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megahertz_myth

For instance, his 3517U @ 1.9 Ghz is faster per core than an AMD FX 4100 @ 3.6Ghz

It's what im saying.. it doesn't start the game.. It's right after it crashes. Yes, is installed.
