PCSX2 crashes on New Game

Hi everyone

First and foremost, thank you Developers for creating a 64bit version for Mac Users 

I am experiencing some problems which actually make it impossible for me to start playing any game, so far.
I am running macOS Big Sur 11.4 (latest update)

So, I download the 64bit version, got the BIOS, the whole thing.

Downloaded 5 games: yugioh capsule monster, yugioh duelists of the roses, crash bandicoot, NFS Underground, DB Tenkaichi 3. Very different games, basically for the sake of testing.

They all load, they all start... Although, when I choose "new game". or "start", or whatever the option is to start a new game, the game crashes. Every time 

I didn't change any of the settings, everything is on default.

Frame rate is good, always between 57 and 60. So idk what could be wrong here 

Could anyone please help me?
