PCSX2 crashes when receiving Telegram notifications

So, I was just playing a game until I got a Telegram notification which seems to have crashed PCSX2 instantly. I suspect this is because I run it in fullscreen?

Anyhow it's a weird bug, not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?
