PCSX2 doesn't work anymore (win 7 x64)

just the x86 version of the VC 2013 redist is all you should need for versions 1.2.1 or higher.

I also have the x86 from 2010 and the x64 from 2013. Does this cause any trouble?

No, just install the x86 of VC 2013

would be a good idea, starting from scratch. Make sure you get all your windows updates on before you install anything

For PCSX2 as long as you use the installer version (run as administrator of course) and don't untick the redist and directx, it will work successfully
