PCSX2 don't start

Hello, when i try to start the pcsx2 (1.2.1) for first time, in the configuration menu i cant open the explorer to select where is the bios. And if i press the "search" button, my computer stays loading without doing nothing. My computer is a new msi apache so i suppose it must run the emu. its a 64 bit version.
i have tried oldest versions and search another emus but none of them work.
Please guys i hope you can help me.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
