That would mean hacking your PS4.
I think you'd better ask on some PS4 hacking site to get an answer.

You also have to keep in mind that Sony emus are design to work only with "classics" games which mean, bad compatibility. I tested a few games on the integrated emu and the results are not good. Every Ratchet games crash when loading a game level (even the demos), same for Jak2 (yeah it wont work with a custom iso, Sony probably patch it to make it work) and many, many others. So even if PCSX2 is slow on the PS4, it's the only way for a large number of games.
