However, I believe it's not by the same group that made the PC version. Besides, emulating PS2 games, especially the more demanding kinds won't be easy to emulate.
PC Specs:
PC: HP Omen 15 dc-0051nr laptop CPU: Intel i7-8750H (2.2 GHz up to 4.1 GHz) RAM: 16 GB GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 Notebook (6 GB) OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)/Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit) Storage: 256 SSD PCi NV M.2+1 TB HDD Need the latest GIT/development build? Click here!

What a ripoff then. I mean for the Android version. I had learned about an Android version of the emulator, but when I went to their page on Play Store, there's a very low rating, so those guys don't even know what they're doing.

Play! is a legitimate PS2 emulator that has an Android APK available, but compatibility and playability are many steps back due to its younger age and different development ideology: http://purei.org/
Problems? Try out the latest nightly build to stay on top of the latest updates and fixes.
Oh yeah Red Pandas are cool too.

I'm pretty sure that name is from Japanese. "Purei" is the Japanese way of saying "Play". Anyways, that emulator does look legit to me. I'm might try it out when a majority of PS2 games become playable.

I tried using Play! And I achieved 1 frame per 4 seconds on this device - Huawei T1-A21L
And we would need the best android device for the best speed possible which is very expensive and not everyone can afford it

That tablet that you mentioned has a horrible CPU for PS2 emulation, so yeah, it's no wonder it would run like trash on that. No amount of performance increase on Play! can salvage that.
